I've been missing my girls a lot this summer since I have been traveling so much, but looking forward to things slowing down and cooling off. Chris, Royce, Gabriela and Sienna came down to visit for a few days and we had good times on horses and boats. Thanks for making the trip guys!Kerri just brought Black Jack back to the barn so Skeeter (Hayden's pony) has a friend. Yup, Hayden has a pony already, but he was given to us from our friend Kelly Ryan. They go out to the pasture at night together and they are already best friends.
We took them to the lake for a swim yesterday, good times.
Keith Lyman has been coming over to ride pretty much every day which has been awesome because I have been so busy that I don't have time to go anywhere, so thanks Keith. Plus, he rips.
Emily is back on it and got 2nd at the last tour stop!
Gerry and Christie are back up in Ohio for the summer and should be home in a month or so. Hayden misses Christian quite a bit.
The Boarding School has moved locations! We are now at the same property known as The Projects wakeboard park. I've had my eye on that place since I competed 3 event back in college. We are in and more pumped than you can imagine. Perfect conditions, rail park, and two System 2.0 cables. Doesn't get better than that.
I just got back from Sea Fair. Seattle's huge event that includes formula 1 boat racing, air shows including the Blue Angels and now us, the wakeboarders. We did some demos and they had this Lego booth, where I got this picture of Greg Nelson.
This is just a quick update since I haven't done this in close to 9 months.

I write this as I sit in Texas. Kerri is out with her mom dropping off Emily, Kevin and Hope. Jeff and Scott are out running errands and Hayden is napping. I hear her waking on the monitor so I better make this quick if I'm going to be a good dad.
I haven't been riding my wakeboard too much lately, which is nice to give the mind and body a break for a while. But, I will be getting back on the water next week with Keith Lyman so we can get ready for a great 2010 on the tour.
Kerri is 7 months pregnant with our 2nd girl! I am officially outnumbered by a good spread. The hardest part of this so far is picking a name. Stay tuned for how that turns out.
Hayden is 1 1/2 and starting to talk. She is such a mimic of everything she hears from sounds to words. She runs everywhere she goes and eats it all the time. Doesn't phase her, she's pretty tough.
I have been doing a webcast show every 1st and 3rd Thurs of the month on Stokemeter.com at 9pm. Fun show where I have different guests each week and Erik Ruck is my band. Stop by and you can type in questions during the live webcast.

Hayden is now 1!! She had an awesome PARTY, and I swear she new it was for her. She wore her tutu and was so happy the whole time. We had alot of family both grandparents and even Gigi! All of her boyfriends came too, Marek, Jet, and Linkin! Kristin came with her new BFF to be Ella she is only 6 weeks old! Hayden dug into her cake like a champ, she even fed it to her mommy! All in all it was a great party that flew by, I wish i could do it again! It has been an amazing year that has gone toooo fast! ): I cant believe my baby is 1 !!! love you guys!

We took a trip across the country to Bend Oregon to visit Shauns best friend Ricky, Nicole and there 3 kids. We had a blast. We went biking into town with all kids in tow! Hayden rode on shauns back and loved it! she fell asleep!! She also saw snow for the first time! how does she look in her J- LO outfit? By the way i dont think i could fly with that kid alone! she is wild!!

We took Hayden to the beach for the first time yesterday! We had so much fun! Hayden was munching on some sand. YUCK!! We thought she would not like it, but she kept going back for seconds! I would say she liked the beach, but was a little unsure. Kevin and Emily were staying at a hotel in Cocoa so we took Hayden to the pool. she was so cute in her swim suit. the water was heated but Hayden did not want to go in. She was attached to us and was being so cudley. As most of you know this is very unusual for her. So Shaun and I were taking any snuggleing we could get!! Anytime we tried to but her down she cried. We had so much fun and cant wait for her to get a little older and do it again! love you guys!

Hayden is getting so BIG! She loves this toy, it plays music and says the ABC's in spanish! This is our weekend at the horse show! shaun took care of Hayden while I rode. It was awesome having the family there! we put Hayden in the back of the tahoe for a little nap! this is her getting crazy back there!

Just had a super fun week with Ricky, Shaun's best friend, and his family. They flew in from Bend Oregon to spend some days having fun on trampolines, riding motorcycles, riding wakeboards behind motorcycles, rope swinging, boat rides, music playing, and even a trip to Sea World to top things off!
Thanks for making the journey Stilson's!
Hayden and mommy have been hitching some rides from Roxy to keep her young. They go all the way down the driveway and back.
No grandpa, they don't have helmets on.

Rather than us sending you info, you can drop by to see what is going on in our lives. Sure, this may be the only blog we do and then forget about it, but hey, let's see how this goes.
Kerri has been riding her horse BlackJack quite a bit lately, getting ready for her horse show season.

I have have been wakeboarding here and there just getting back into the fun of riding, which is nice.
Yesterday, I decided not to use my brain while cleaning up the lakefront. I decided I wanted to burn the vines off the palm trees that are on the property line where we have a vacant lot next to us. It is totally overgrown with brush and quite of bit of stuff that is ready to ignite. Fire got out of control quickly, but I was able to put it out with a hose and a lot of prayer.

Hayden is growing so quickly. You hear every parent say that it goes so fast, but you just don't know until you are in the middle of it. Either way, it is the best thing in the world to see your child lock eyes with you and smile.
